When Joel and I bring home baby animals, we keep them in our home, in a room that we have prepared for the comfort of young pets.
As a result, our fully-grown geese will come in from outside and wander throughout our house, if we forget to close our front door!
Our German Shepherd, Orion, fusses over "his babies" as if he'd hatched them himself. When baby animals are ready to be outside, Orion protects them from predators.
Joel and I have the room and more than enough love to cover all the creatures that occupy our home. We hope that you will find the information you are looking for to perhaps expand your furry family.
